Kelsie Graffagnino, OD

Optometrist

Dr. Kelsie Graffagnino, or “Dr. G”, spent her childhood in Cullman and is a graduate of Cullman High School. Her Cullman heritage stretches back multiple generations. She obtained her Bachelors of Psychology at UAB and her Doctorate of Optometry from UAB School of Optometry. She completed internships at Georgia Eye Partners and Woolfson Eye Institute, where she had training in advanced dry eye treatment, advanced corneal conditions, LASIK and cataract surgery post-operative care, and specialty contact lenses. Dr. Graffagnino practiced in Birmingham, AL until opening Perspective.

Dr. Graffagnino provides comprehensive medical eye care with a specialty in dry eye management and treatment. Her expertise also includes ocular disease management and pediatric myopia control. She welcomes patients of all ages and abilities. She has a passion for her patients and strives to provide exceptional care and service to each person that walks through the door.

Dr. Graffagnino enjoys traveling, cooking creative dishes, and spending time with her family. She is married to Jason, an internal medicine physician at the Veteran Affairs hospital. They have one son, Archie, and a cavalier pup named Louie. The Graffagninos are excited to be back in Cullman serving the community.

Dr. Graffagnino is an active member of the American Optometric Association, the Alabama Optometric Association, and the Birmingham Area Optometric Society.

Brittany Garmon

Brittany is a lifelong Cullman native. She and her husband Craig also chose to raise their daughters Alexis and Addie here in Cullman. Brittany has years of experience in the pharmacy field and was inspired by her visually impaired sister to make the switch to the eye care field. With her diverse experience, she is a wealth of knowledge for our patients. She is passionate about our patients and will go above and beyond for those around her.

Brittany enjoys exercise and holistic wellness. Outside of work, you can find her spending time with her family, watching Alexis at the softball field, or enjoying coffee and shopping with Addie.

Caitlin Johnson

Caitlin was born in Decatur, AL but has lived most of her life in Marietta, Georgia. She spent many weekends at Smith Lake over the years, and moving back to Alabama was always a goal of hers. Having a love for working with the public, she found a passion for eye care in Georgia a few years ago. Caitlin was excited to connect with Perspective and bring her passion back to her roots. You can find her assisting our patients through all stages of their experience in the office, anywhere from workups in the room to helping with optical selection. Caitlin always makes sure our patients feel like family here at Perspective!

In her free time, Caitlin enjoys hanging out with friends and family on Smith Lake or at her favorite local Cullman restaurants.
